Overall management and strategic direction. Founder and former President and CEO of Skyline & Iberdrola Renewables. Martin holds an executive MBA from IESE Madrid, Spain and a Mechanical Engineering superior degree from ICAI Madrid, Spain.

Victor Austin
M&A & Technology

Development, technology and M&A. Formerly at Skyline and Iberdrola Renewables, closing 1GW+ in acquisitions. Victor holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and post-graduate modeling of atmospheric winds at University of Texas – Aerospace.

Manuel Ramos
Structuring

Managing structuring and project finance. Led the team at Skyline. Formerly at Blackrock Renewable Power, managing over $6bn in investments. Manuel holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and Statistics from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and an MBA from SUNY.

Financial strategy, banking, and execution.  Head of Finance at Skyline.  Closed over $4bn of M&A and financings as a principal or investment banker.  James holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern and an MBA with Honors from Columbia University.
